Food grade gelatin; firming agent: glycerol (E422); millet oily extract from fruit in wheat germ oil (Panicum miliaceum L.), L-cysteine in soybean oil, L-methionine in soybean oil, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), serenoa oily extract from fruit in wheat germ oil (Serenoa repens W. Bartram Small), zinc sulfate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate); thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; copper sulfate; emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin; coloring: iron oxide (E172); sodium selenite.

Directions for use
Three capsules daily to be swallowed with water: one after each meal, for at least two months.
