Food supplement based on melatonin, California poppy, griffonia, tryptophan and vitamins.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to fall asleep. California poppy and griffonia promote relaxation and sleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B1 (thiamine); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; California poppy herb (Eschscholtzia californica L.) d.e. titrated to 0.2% in protopine, tryptophan, melatonin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill] seeds d.e.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, shortly before going to bed, swallowed with a little water.
