MELATONINA ACT

Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

How to use
