Description
Food supplement. It is useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for B vitamins, particularly during periods of physical or mental stress. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, calcium phosphate; nicotinamide (vitamin B3); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, stearic acid; calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid); colours: E 172, E 101; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use
1 tablet per day, preferably away from meals.
