Magnesio Supremo Notte Relax is a dual-action formula, indicated for: difficulties falling asleep thanks to the benefits of melatonin, and for mental relaxation for peaceful sleep thanks to the presence of chamomile and lemon balm.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, even during the night.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. They also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, shortly before going to bed, and for a few days after arrival at destination.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg shortly before going to bed.
Chamomile contributes to mental relaxation and thus to physiological sleep.
Chamomile and lemon balm contribute to mental relaxation.

Citric acid (acidifier), magnesium carbonate, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flowers dry extract titrated to 0.3% apigenin, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves dry extract titrated to 4% rosmarinic acid, steviol glycosides (sweetener), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.

Directions for use
Adults: take one teaspoon daily in a cup of warm or hot water (200 ml) like a classic herbal tea.
It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon or one sachet in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Warm or hot water is preferred to reduce preparation time.
To be taken before going to bed.
The ideal time for consumption is when the water becomes clear.
Due to the presence of plant extracts in solution, it will have a slight and natural golden color.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce to half a teaspoon daily and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantities. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated amount.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.
