How to use
Adults: a daily dosage of one teaspoon (approx. 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to a maximum of twice a day.
Children aged 11-14: one teaspoon once a day.
Children aged 3-11: half a teaspoon once a day.

It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Lukewarm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
Room temperature or cold water can also be used.
It will be necessary to wait for the solution to become clear.
It can be taken at any time of day or during periods of increased fatigue. To promote absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals.
If a laxative effect occurs, reduce to half a teaspoon once a day in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, it is then possible to increase the dosage up to the best tolerated level.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources, and humidity.
