How to use
Adults: a daily dosage of one sachet (approx. 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to a maximum of two sachets per day.
Children aged 11-14: one sachet once a day.
Children aged 3-11: half a sachet once a day.
It is recommended to dissolve one sachet in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Lukewarm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
Room temperature or cold water can also be used.
It will be necessary to wait for the solution to become clear.
It can be taken at any time of day or during periods of increased fatigue.
To aid absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce the dosage to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased up to the best-tolerated amount.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the product's quality.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources, and humidity.
