Magnesio Supremo is a food supplement that provides highly soluble organic magnesium citrate with a high absorption rate.
It contributes to:

Directions for use
Adults: a daily dosage of one teaspoon (approx. 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to a maximum of twice a day.
Children 11-14 years: one teaspoon or one sachet once a day.
Children 3-11 years: half a teaspoon or half a sachet once a day.
It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Lukewarm or warm water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
Room temperature or cold water can also be used.
It will be necessary to wait for the solution to become clear.
The ideal time to take it is when the water becomes clear.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of greater fatigue.
To promote absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated level.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources and humidity.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 36 months.
