Ingredients
Magnesium salts of citric acid, calcium carbonate; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), folic acid (Quatrefolic).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily, swallowed with a little water, between meals.
