Ingredients
Magnesium oxide, stabilizer (sorbitol), thickener (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium hydroxide, coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc and polyethylene glycol).

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take in case of kidney failure. It may cause diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal cramps. It may decrease the absorption of bisphosphonates, quinolones, and tetracyclines. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
