Gluten-free tortelloni with a ricotta and spinach filling. Product specifically formulated for people with gluten intolerance.

Ingredients
Rice flour, corn starch, eggs, grated cheese (milk, salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), ricotta 7.5% (whey, milk, cream, salt; acidity regulator: citric acid), whey, egg white, cream, vegetable fiber, salt, sunflower oil, spinach 1%, dextrose, extra virgin olive oil, flavorings; thickener: xanthan gum, natural olive extract, nutmeg, onion, garlic; preservative: potassium sorbate. May contain traces of fish, tree nuts, celery sulfites, and soy.

Gluten-free.
