Food supplement based on melatonin, chamomile, valerian, Ashwagandha, lemon balm, lavender. With sweeteners.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Sweeteners: maltitol, sorbitol; gelling water: pectin; acidifier: E 330; Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root dry extract titrated at 1.5% withanolides, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower dry extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf dry extract titrated at 2.5% rosmarinic acid, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flower dry extract; colorant: E 163; acidity regulator: E 331; natural flavor, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated at 0.15% valerenic acid; anti-caking agent: E 903; melatonin.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one gummy 30 minutes before going to bed and in anticipation of an extended period of sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin, shortly before going to bed.
