Take with water twice a day, before lunch and dinner. It works in the stomach to promote a feeling of fullness, helping you to eat less throughout the day. Plenity is composed of 2 naturally derived ingredients, cellulose and citric acid. When taken with water, Plenity capsules release gel particles into the stomach. The particles absorb water and mix with food, promoting and anticipating a feeling of satiety. This helps to reduce food intake. Plenity travels through the digestive system and degrades in the colon. Water is released from the Plenity particles and reabsorbed by the body. The particles are finally expelled through normal bowel movements (therefore not absorbed).
Plenity is supplied in pods. Each pod contains a single dose of 3 capsules, to be taken with water before lunch and dinner.
When combined with a healthy diet and exercise, Plenity can help you lose weight.

How to use
Plenity should be taken with water twice a day, 20 to 30 minutes before lunch and 20 to 30 minutes before dinner. Each dose consists of 3 Plenity capsules, supplied in a single pod.
1. Check that the capsules are not broken, crushed, or damaged. (Discard damaged capsules).
2. Swallow the 3 capsules, one at a time, with water.
3. After swallowing the capsules, drink another 2 glasses of water (250 ml each).
4. After taking Plenity, wait 20 to 30 minutes before starting your meal.
If you forget to take the dose before a meal, take Plenity during or immediately after the meal.
On an empty stomach, Plenity can affect how the body absorbs medications. This could cause some medications to not work properly. If you are taking any medications, including over-the-counter ones, tell your doctor or pharmacist before starting treatment with Plenity. While using Plenity, do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any other medication without the approval of your doctor or pharmacist.

Warnings
Plenity cannot be used by pregnant women, individuals with allergic reactions to cellulose, citric acid, sodium stearyl fumarate, porcine gelatin, titanium dioxide.
Contact a doctor immediately if you experience problems. In case of a severe allergic reaction, severe stomach pain, or severe diarrhea, stop using Plenity until you can consult a doctor.
If you have a medical condition that makes swallowing difficult, you may have difficulty swallowing Plenity.
- Use Plenity with caution if:
• you suffer from esophageal problems, including esophageal webs or rings;
• you suffer from diverticula;
• you are likely to have stenosis (a narrowing in the intestine, as in some patients with Crohn's disease);
• you have undergone gastrointestinal surgery with complications (e.g., obstruction and/or adhesive peritonitis or known abdominal adhesions);
• you have active gastrointestinal disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), ulcers, or heartburn.
Do not use Plenity if the pod or packaging is damaged.
Do not consume capsules that are broken, crushed, or damaged. Discard those capsules.
Plenity is not a food substitute. It is not absorbed by the body and therefore has no nutritional value.
Plenity must be taken as directed. Failure to follow dietary recommendations and exercise may result in failure to lose weight.

Storage
Pods should be kept closed and stored at room temperature between 5° and 30 °C (41° and 86°F).
Plenity should be stored in its original pod until use.
