Ingredients
D-chiro-inositol; bulking agents: cellulose; manganese gluconate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; trans-resveratrol; thickeners: gum arabic, corn starch; maltodextrins, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid).

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets per day, swallowed with a glass of water.
