Description
Food supplement of folic acid (vitamin B9) and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), useful for filling nutritional deficiencies or increased needs for these nutrients.
Folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis, normal homocysteine metabolism, and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and plays a role in the process of cell division.

Ingredients
Water, fructose, vitamin B12 titrated 0.1% (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin; acidifiers: citric acid, trisodium citrate), folic acid, blackcurrant flavor; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; thickener: xanthan gum; acidity regulator: citric acid.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take 8 drops daily unless otherwise directed.
The recommended average nutritional intake of folic acid is about 400 mcg per day (corresponding to 8 drops of Idrofolic Plus). The recommended average nutritional intake of cyanocobalamin is about 2.5 mcg per day, an intake which, if necessary and according to different medical indications, can reach 33 mcg per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
