Description
Humectant eye drops to moisturize and protect the eye surface, with hyaluronic acid and allantoin. For long-lasting relief from dryness, inflammation and mild irritation. Thanks to its composition, it promotes cell regeneration. Sterile solution, phosphate-free, preservative-free. Pleasant, well-tolerated and long-acting. Suitable for hard and soft contact lenses.
It can be used for the following indications:
-in dry eyes caused, for example, by Sjögren's syndrome or by taking medication.
-in the presence of environmental stress, for example from air conditioning, wind, cold, dry air or atmospheric pollution, e.g. from cigarette smoke.
-in cases of fatigue and visual stress caused by prolonged vision, for example long periods of work at the computer, under a microscope or during long car journeys.
-under mechanical stress, for example by wearing hard or soft contact lenses or due to diagnostic procedures on the eye.

How to use
For external use only.
1) Before first use, write the opening date in the appropriate space on the bottle label. Wash your hands and remove the protective cap before each use.
2) Before using the SafeDrop bottle for the first time, press it several times until the first drop is released. Hold the bottle upside down, as shown in the illustration. Avoid any contact of the dropper tip with fingers and the eye.
3) Hold the bottle as shown in the figure. Make sure your thumb rests on the large, circular anti-slip finger rest.
4) Now recline your head slightly backwards and gently pull the lower eyelid away from the eye with your free hand. Instill one or two drops of Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus into the conjunctival sac of each eye, by operating the pump mechanism once or twice. Make sure the bottle is held vertically. Close your eyes slowly, so that Hylo-Vision Safe- Drop Plus can spread evenly over the surface of the eye.
Alternatively, if using the eye drops with contact lenses, apply one or two drops to each lens before inserting them onto the eyes, instead of putting the eye drops directly into the eyes.
Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus can also be applied while wearing contact lenses. After use, the multi-dose container must be closed with the protective cap.

Components
Highly purified sodium hyaluronate (0.20%), allantoin, sodium chloride, citrate buffer, purified water.

Warnings
-Do not use if the SafeDrop multi-dose container is damaged.
-Do not touch the eye with the tip of the dropper, to avoid infections or eye injuries.
-Do not touch the tip of the dropper with other objects or body parts.
-Do not use as the sole treatment for an eye infection.
-Do not use the eye drops after the expiry date, indicated on each SafeDrop® bottle and on the folded box.
-A single multi-dose container must not be used by more than one patient.
-Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus is not suitable as a contact lens storage liquid.
-Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus must be kept out of the reach of children.
-If symptoms persist while using Hylo-Vision SafeDrop, consult your ophthalmologist.
-Do not use in the presence of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the components.
-Suitable for use in adolescents and adults.
-Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and young children should consult their doctor before using Hylo-Vision SafeDrop Plus. Side effects:
-A temporary impairment of visual acuity (blurred vision) may occur after application. In this case, do not drive vehicles or operate machinery. It is recommended to wait for normal visual acuity to be restored.
-After applying the eye drops, transient symptoms may appear immediately, for example mild eye burning.

Storage
Store at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
