Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure adequate intimate hygiene.\u003cbr\u003e 2. Open the sealed bag from the indicated side to remove the disposable applicator.\u003cbr\u003e 3. Twist and remove the applicator's closing tab to open it.\u003cbr\u003e 4. Preferably in a supine position, gently insert the applicator cannula into the vagina.\u003cbr\u003e 5. Firmly squeeze the body of the applicator along its entire length, to introduce the gel into the vagina.\u003cbr\u003e A small amount of gel is expected to remain in the applicator, which is intentionally overfilled.\u003cbr\u003e 6.
