Wash your hands thoroughly and perform adequate intimate hygiene.\u003cbr\u003e 2. Open the sealed pouch from the indicated side to extract the disposable applicator.\u003cbr\u003e 3. Rotate and remove the sealing tab of the applicator to open it.\u003cbr\u003e 4. Preferably in a supine position, gently insert the applicator cannula into the vagina.\u003cbr\u003e 5. Firmly squeeze the body of the applicator along its entire length, to introduce the gel into the vagina.\u003cbr\u003e A small amount of gel is expected to remain in the applicator, which is specifically overfilled.\u003cbr\u003e 6. Gently remove the applicator and discard it.\u003cbr\u003e Frequency of application\u003cbr\u003e The frequency of application depends on the dryness conditions of the vaginal mucosa.
