Description
Colourless gel with high moisturising properties containing Hydeal-D, a hyaluronic acid derivative, which ensures its prolonged release at the application site.
Hyaluronic acid is a molecule responsible for maintaining the correct hydration level of tissues, in addition to playing a fundamental role in repair processes.
The Hydeal-D based formulation offers optimal adhesion to the vaginal mucosa, prolonged moisturising action and promotes the natural healing processes of micro-lesions.
Complementary gel for the treatment of vaginal dryness of various kinds; adjuvant to the natural healing process of micro-lesions due to friction of the vaginal mucosa.

How to use
It is recommended to use in the evening before going to bed, in the following ways:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly and perform adequate intimate hygiene.
2. Open the sealed pouch from the indicated side to extract the disposable applicator.
3. Rotate and remove the sealing tab of the applicator to open it.
4. Preferably in a supine position, gently insert the applicator cannula into the vagina.
5. Firmly squeeze the body of the applicator along its entire length, to introduce the gel into the vagina.
A small amount of gel is expected to remain in the applicator, which is specifically overfilled.
6. Gently remove the applicator and discard it.
Frequency of application
The frequency of application depends on the dryness conditions of the vaginal mucosa. An application every three days for a period of thirty days is recommended, unless otherwise advised by the Doctor. It is not necessary to interrupt treatment during menstrual flow.

Components
Main component: Hydeal-D 0.2% (slow-release hyaluronic acid derivative).
Other components: glycerol, propanediol, ethylhexylglycerin, phenethyl alcohol, carbomer, sodium hydroxide, purified water.
The formulation does not contain parabens or other preservatives.

Warnings
Contraindications: confirmed individual hypersensitivity to the product.
The product is for vaginal use only.
Applicators are single-use, meaning they must be used only once by a single patient and discarded after use. If reused, Fidia farmaceutici cannot be held responsible for the performance, functionality and hygienic conditions of the product.
During the use of products for the treatment of vaginal dryness, whitish and odourless discharge may occur, which should be considered normal.
In patients with particular individual sensitivity to some component of the formulation and/or at the beginning of treatment, transient vaginal heat or burning sensations may occur. In case of persistent burning, it is advisable to interrupt the treatment and consult your Doctor.
In case of vaginal infection, the use of the product is at the discretion of the Doctor.
In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your Doctor before use.
The safety and effectiveness of the product in children are not known.
The product can be used with lubricated and unlubricated latex, polyisoprene and polyurethane condoms.
No interactions with contraceptive drugs for vaginal use are known. Do not use at the same time vaginal products based on quaternary ammonium salts (e.g. benzalkonium chloride), which may alter the product.
Do not use the product if the package is damaged in such a way as to compromise the integrity of the applicator.
Do not disperse empty containers into the environment and dispose of according to current regulations.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its original container.Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Do not freeze.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 2°C and 25°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
