Description
Medical device for ophthalmic use consisting of a sterile isotonic saline solution with physiological pH, preservative-free.
Thanks to its plant-based composition of blueberry, witch hazel, eyebright, and chamomile, it helps to hydrate and soothe dry, tired, and red eyes (sunlight, smog, salt spray, chlorine, computers, contact lenses, etc.), providing a pleasant sensation of freshness.
Sodium hyaluronate is a mucopolysaccharide that makes it an excellent moisturizer and lubricant.
Its 0.15% concentration allows for greater hydration with prolonged action over time. It is therefore indicated in all cases where discomfort caused by ocular dryness, even occasional, occurs.

Instructions for use
1. Break the safety seal of the bottle.
2. Remove the protective cap.
3. Gently press the body of the container and instill 2-3 drops into each eye.

Components
Bilberry distilled water 15%, Witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana) distilled water 5%, Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis) distilled water 5%, Sodium hyaluronate 0.15%, Vegetable glycerin 0.2%, Sodium chloride, Dibasic sodium phosphate dodecahydrate, Monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate, purified water q.s. to 100 ml.

Warnings
- The product is for ophthalmic use only.
- Once opened, the container must be resealed with the appropriate cap but the contained solution must be used within 3 months of opening the bottle.
- Before instillation, check that there is no residue on the dispenser hole; if present, clean with a wet cloth and let a drop fall before use.
- Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or if the bottle is not perfectly intact.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Before opening the bottle to administer the drops, it is advisable to wash your hands thoroughly.
- During instillation, do not touch the eye, or other surfaces, with the dispensing tip of the bottle.
- Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility with even a single component of the formulation.
- If necessary, check with your optician for the compatibility of eye drops with the contact lenses used.
- In case of discomfort during use, suspend treatment and consult a doctor.
- Any administration of ophthalmic drugs should be done at least 15 minutes after the instillation of eye drops, especially if they are products containing benzalkonium chloride, or other quaternary ammonium salts, to avoid the precipitation of hyaluronic acid.
- The administration of ophthalmic drugs simultaneously with eye drops must be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can evaluate possible interactions.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
- Do not discard the container in the environment after use.

Storage
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources, and direct exposure to sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.
Shelf life after opening: 3 months.
