Food supplement based on Gymnema powder and dry extract. Gymnema is useful for regulating carbohydrate and lipid metabolism and for controlling hunger.

Ingredients
Gymnema leaf powder (Gymnema sylvestre R. Brown) 42.2%, standardized dry extract on maltodextrin from Gymnema leaves (Gymnema sylvestre R. Brown with 75% gymnemic acid) 37.1%. Outer shell: capsule of plant origin (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions for use
Take preferably with a little water, 1 capsule 15 minutes before lunch, and 1 capsule 15 minutes before dinner.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.
