Description
A food supplement based on glycine, inositol, GABA and L-theanine, which can be useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or temporary increased need.

Ingredients
Glycine, maltodextrins, inositol, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), L-theanine, magnesium bisglycinate; acidity regulator: citric acid and sodium bicarbonate; natural flavour; sweetener: steviol glycosides.
Naturally lactose-free.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet daily, dissolved in a glass (200 ml) of water, preferably in the evening.
