Assume a comfortable position (sitting or slightly reclined on a bidet or toilet) and gently insert 3-4 cm of the cannula into the vagina. Do not insert the cannula deeply. Slowly squeeze the bottle (preferably upside down) and gradually allow all the solution to flow into the vagina.
