It is a very important vitamin because it is involved in:
amino acid metabolism: in particular, it participates in histidine catabolism, glycine catabolism, glycine-serine interconversion, methionine synthesis; protein synthesis; purine and pyrimidine base synthesis and DNA synthesis.
Ingredients
Folic acid in 1 ml equivalent to 100 µg.
Directions for use
Children: from 1 to 3 years 200-400 µg per day of Folic Acid corresponding to 2-4 ml of syrup.
Adults: 300/600 µg per day of Folic Acid corresponding to 3-6 ml of syrup.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
