Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) powdered seeds, corn maltodextrin; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) dry seed extract (4:1); bulking agent: tricalcium phosphate; colour: plain caramel.

How to use
Swallow 1 vegetable capsule daily, with water, preferably with a meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Caution is recommended in subjects using oral hypoglycemic agents or thyroid hormones. Since it can reduce iron absorption, it is not recommended for anemic subjects. Do not use when planning a pregnancy, during pregnancy, and breastfeeding.
