Food supplement based on soy extracts, calcium, vitamin D, and B vitamins. Indicated for the maintenance of normal bones in postmenopausal women.
Vitamin D3 and calcium are necessary for the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D3 contributes to:

Vitamin B2 contributes to:
- the maintenance of normal skin;
- the reduction of tiredness and fatigue;
- normal energy metabolism;
- the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Biotin contributes to:

- normal psychological function;
- the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

Ingredients
Soy (Glycine max) seed extract, calcium carbonate, bovine gelatin (capsule shell), riboflavin (vitamin B2), D-biotin (vitamin B7), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Directions for use
1 capsule, twice a day (morning and evening); can be taken with or without food.

Women aged 60 and over are recommended to take a daily intake of at least 20 mcg (800 IU) of vitamin D from various sources.
