Description
Soft and comfortable wrap with patented heat cells containing natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that generate heat when exposed to air. When applied for 8 hours, ThermaCare's consistent heat provides prolonged pain relief for up to 16 hours.
Prolonged, constant temperature heat increases blood circulation in tissues, producing pain-relieving effects and relaxing muscles, because it:
• brings more oxygen to damaged tissues, helping the muscle return to a state of well-being;
• stimulates nerve endings, sensitive to temperature, interrupting pain transmission and thus promoting muscle relaxation.

Instructions for use
Open the pouch when you are ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Place on the painful area with the darker side of the cells facing the skin and fasten the wrap. For those over 55 years of age, wear ThermaCare over a thin layer of clothing (fabric), not directly on the skin. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend wearing ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold with regular household waste.

Warnings
Do not use in case of:
• if the contents of the cells leak and/or the wrap is damaged;
• with medicated creams or ointments, patches or other heat sources;
• on broken or abraded skin;
• on bruises and swelling that appeared within the last 48 hours;
• on body areas insensitive to heat;
• by persons unable to follow all instructions for use or unable to remove the product themselves, including children and non-self-sufficient elderly.

Ask your doctor for advice before use in cases of diabetes, circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and pregnancy.
This product can cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check your skin for any signs of irritation or burns and, if found, discontinue use immediately.
• If you feel excessive heat, stop use or wear ThermaCare over a garment, not directly on the skin.
• For those over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age; wear ThermaCare over a garment and do not use the wrap while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance) scans.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to the product while wearing it.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness or any other persistent skin changes in the area where the product was worn, or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (approximately 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with skin or eyes, remove the wrap, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also, in case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave oven) or attempting to reheat it, as the wrap could catch fire.
Do not use beyond the expiration date indicated on the package and label.
