Description
A soft and comfortable wrap with special patented cells containing natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt and water) that produce heat when exposed to oxygen in the air. When applied for 8 hours, the constant heat of ThermaCare provides prolonged pain relief for up to 16 hours*.
Prolonged heat, at a constant temperature, increases blood circulation in the tissues, producing analgesic effects and relaxing the muscles, as it:
• brings more oxygen to damaged tissues, helping the muscle return to a state of well-being;
• stimulates temperature-sensitive nerve endings, interrupting pain transmission and thus promoting muscle relaxation.
Effective and targeted against muscle and joint pain due to muscle fatigue and tension, sprains, strains, and arthritis.
Suitable for chronic and occasional pain.

Instructions for use
Open the pouch when ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the protective paper from one of the adhesive tabs. Place on the painful area with the darker side of the cells facing the skin and firmly press the adhesive tab onto the skin. Remove the protective paper from the other adhesive tab and firmly press onto the skin. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold with normal household waste.

Warnings
Do not use in case of:
• if the contents of the cells leak and/or the wrap is damaged;
• with medicated creams or ointments, patches, or other heat sources;
• on scratched or abraded skin;
• on bruises and swelling that have appeared in the last 48 hours;
• on body areas insensitive to heat;
• by people who are unable to follow all instructions for use or who are unable to remove the product themselves, including children and non-self-sufficient elderly individuals.

Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
This product can cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check your skin for any signs of irritation or burns and, if found, discontinue use immediately.
• If you experience an excessive sensation of heat, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over clothing, not in direct contact with the skin.
• Over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age, wear ThermaCare over clothing and do not use the wrap when sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI scans (Magnetic Resonance Imaging).
• When using for the wrist, be careful not to overlap the cells.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to the product while wearing it.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness or any other persistent change in the skin where the product was worn, or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (approximately 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the wrap, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also consult a doctor in case of accidental ingestion.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave oven) or attempting to reheat it, as the wrap could catch fire.
Do not use beyond the expiration date indicated on the packaging and label.
