Description
A soft, comfortable wrap with patented cells containing natural components (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that generate heat when exposed to air's oxygen. When applied for 8 hours, ThermaCare's constant heat provides prolonged pain relief for up to 16 hours*.
Prolonged, constant temperature heat increases blood circulation in tissues, providing pain relief and muscle relaxation, because it:
• brings more oxygen to damaged tissues, helping muscles return to a state of well-being;
• stimulates temperature-sensitive nerve endings, interrupting pain transmission and thus promoting muscle relaxation.

Instructions for use
Open the pouch when ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the protective paper from one of the adhesive tabs. Place it on the painful area with the darker side of the cells facing the skin and firmly press the adhesive tab onto the skin. Remove the protective paper from the other adhesive tab and firmly press it onto the skin. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold with regular household waste.

Warnings
Do not use if:
• the contents of the cells leak and/or the wrap is damaged;
• with medicated creams or ointments, patches, or other heat sources;
• on broken or abraded skin;
• on bruises and swelling that appeared within the last 48 hours;
• on body areas insensitive to heat;
• by individuals who are unable to follow all instructions for use or who are unable to remove the product themselves, including children and non-self-sufficient elderly individuals.

Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
This product can cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check your skin for any signs of irritation or burns and, if found, discontinue use immediately.
• If you experience excessive heat, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over clothing, not in direct contact with the skin.<
• For individuals over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age; wear ThermaCare over clothing and do not use the wrap while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scans.
• When using for the wrist, be careful not to overlap the cells.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to the worn product.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent skin changes in the area where the product was worn, or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (approximately 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the wrap, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also consult a doctor in case of accidental ingestion.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave oven) or attempting to reheat it, as the wrap could catch fire.
Do not use beyond the expiration date indicated on the package and label.
