Directions for use:
100 g. per 5 quintals of grapes, equal to 3.5 hl of must. &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp
Healthy grapes: 10 g. to 15 g. per quintal.
Unhealthy grapes: 20 g. to 40 g. per quintal.
Musts and wines: 15 g. to 30 g. per quintal.

Characteristics:
specific fermentation regulator.

Components:
potassium metabisulfite, bentonite,
colloidal silica, metatartaric acid,
tannin.
