Wash the affected area thoroughly and gently, preferably with a specific intimate cleanser.\u003cbr\u003e Unscrew the tube cap. Pierce the seal using the back of the cap. Remove the transparent protective wrapper from the applicator. Screw the rectal applicator onto the tube opening. Remove the protective cap and press the tube until the applicator is completely filled, extruding enough product to lubricate the applicator itself. Gently insert the applicator into the rectum. Press the tube to introduce a small amount of product. Gently pull the applicator out of the rectum. Apply a small dose of product also to the external area. After use, unscrew the applicator from the tube, rinse it with warm running water until all gel residue is removed, and dry it before closing it with the appropriate protective cap.
