Description
- Emoform Plak Out Active 0.20% mouthwash 200 ml.
Indicated in all cases of intensive anti-plaque shock treatment. Particularly recommended in cases of periodontitis. Ideal for pre- and post-surgical treatments.
- Plak Out Active toothpaste 0.20% 6 ml.
Indicated to complement the benefits of mouthwash treatment for intensive anti-plaque action. Brushing helps to more effectively remove bacterial plaque. The absence of foaming agents maintains the effectiveness of chlorhexidine and the mint flavor masks its bitter taste.

Composition
- Emoform Plak Out Active 0.20% mouthwash 200 ml.
Aqua, PEG-40 Hydrogenated castor oil, xylitol, glycerin, sodium citrate, vp/va copolymer, phytic acid, chlorhexidine digluconate, sodium benzoate, calcium glycerophosphate, potassium acesulfame, Mentha piperita oil, anethole, C.I. 42090, C.I. 19140.
- Plak Out Active toothpaste 0.20% 6 ml.
Sorbitol, hydrated silica, glycerin, xylitol, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium citrate, vp/va copolymer, cellulose gum, aroma, PEG-40 Hydrogenated castor oil, phytic acid, chlorhexidine digluconate, calcium glycerophosphate, potassium acesulfame, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxide, C.I. 42090, C.I. 19140.
