Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, aqua, sorbitol, bicarbonate, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium monofluorophosphate (1,450 ppm F^-), aroma, cellulose gum, sodium bicarbonate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, titanium dioxide, benzyl alcohol, sodium saccharin, canthan gum, limonene, arginine (8%).

Directions for use
For immediate relief: from pain, apply directly to the sensitive tooth with the tip of your finger up to twice a day and gently massage for one minute.
-Children up to 12 years old: apply with the tip of the finger for immediate relief.
For prolonged relief: apply the product to a toothbrush, making sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Brush twice a day.
-Children up to 6 years old: use a small amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize ingestion.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
If fluoride is being taken from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
