Powder for oral solution, used for the symptomatic treatment of constipation, as it:
• rehydrates and softens hard stools;
• helps to have regular bowel movements;
• prevents fecal impaction;
• promotes gas elimination, reducing the sensation of bloating and abdominal distension.
Sugar-free.
Acts within 24-72 hours.

Components
Macrogol 4000, silicon dioxide, simethicone, sucralose.
Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

Directions for use
Use the measuring spoon included in the package to measure the powder: fill it level and not pressed, then remove any excess product with the blade of a knife.
1 level spoon thus filled corresponds to approximately 4.5 g of product.
- Adults and children over 12 years: 2 to 5 level spoons per day.
- Children aged between 6 months and 12 years:

The dose can be increased or decreased depending on the individual response to the treatment, without exceeding the maximum dose of 4 level spoons per day for children up to 12 years and 10 level spoons per day for adults and children over 12 years.
The appropriate dose is the minimum sufficient to produce regular evacuation of soft stools.
Dissolve the powder in water or other beverage (50 ml for each spoon) and take immediately. It is recommended to administer the product in the morning if the minimum dose (1 or 2 spoons per day) is to be taken. For larger doses, divide the intake between morning and evening.
If no improvement is noticed after 7 days of treatment, consult your doctor.
It is suitable for diabetics as it does not contain sugar.
It can be used in patients following a low-sodium diet.
Suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding; in these situations, it is advisable to consult your doctor before use.

Warnings
It is advisable to use the product in children after consulting a doctor. Administration in children must be carried out under direct adult supervision.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
Do not use if the package is open or damaged.
The product may reduce the transit time in the intestine and thus the absorption of oral medications. It is therefore advisable to take DulcoSoft Irregularity and Bloating at least 2 hours apart from taking other oral medications. In case of unwanted reactions, stop the treatment and consult your doctor.
Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to one or more components, paralytic ileus, perforation, intestinal obstruction or stenosis, severe inflammatory bowel diseases (e.g., ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, toxic megacolon).
The use of laxatives is contraindicated in cases of acute or unknown origin abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, rectal bleeding of unknown origin, and in cases of severe dehydration.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

SIDE EFFECTS:
Some gastrointestinal disturbances may occur (stomach pain, flatulence, abdominal bloating, nausea, and fecal incontinence).
Diarrhea is a consequence of taking excessive doses of DulcoSoft Irregularity and Bloating and can be avoided by reducing the dose.
Rarely, cases of hypersensitivity reactions (skin rash) have been reported following the use of macrogol-containing products. In such cases, stop treatment and consult your doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. Close carefully after use.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly.
