Description
Class 2 medical device. Vaginal tablets with application system.
Product indicated for:
- As an adjuvant treatment useful for the prevention of preterm birth in the presence of reduced cervicometry or cervicometry not corresponding to the gestational period.
- As an adjuvant in the prevention of spontaneous abortion and preterm birth.
- As an adjuvant in the prevention against the increased risk of abortion associated with invasive procedures such as amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling.
- As an adjuvant in the prevention and treatment of female infertility.

Instructions for use
Carefully remove a vaginal applicator from its packaging.
Insert the applicator deeply into the vagina and release the tablet contained within it by gently pressing the plunger.

Components
Lactoferrin (300 mg), lubricating and disintegrating compression agents.

Warnings
The product is for vaginal use.
The tablet, when dissolving, may cause pale pink discharge due to the natural salmon-pink color of lactoferrin.
Do not ingest.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or incompatibility with any component of the product.
May contain lactose.
In confirmed or suspected pregnancy, and in cases of concomitant local pharmacological therapies, the use of the vaginal tablet should only occur under the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
The product is not intended for pediatric use.
Keep the product out of sight and reach of children.
Prolonged use of the product, as with all topical products, may give rise to sensitization phenomena or local irritations. If this occurs, stop the treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use the product if the packaging, upon first opening, is damaged or not perfectly intact.
Use the product according to the instructions for use.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Shelf life when unopened: 36 months.
