Directions for use
Granules: 1 to 2 sachets per day, preferably with meals, drinking plenty of fluids.
Tablets: 4 tablets 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with meals, drinking plenty of fluids.
In dietary regimens aimed at weight reduction, take the product 30 minutes before meals, drinking plenty of fluids.

Warnings
Fiber supplementation is not indicated for infants.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
