The cream should be covered with a sterile dressing, and the entire dressing can be kept in place with a suitable bandage. \u003cbr\u003e It is recommended to clean the wound with saline solution before each application. \u003cbr\u003e Application should be renewed every 24 hours from granulation until complete healing. The cream can be removed by simply washing with water.\u003cbr\u003e The evolution of the wound or burn healing process must be assessed by a doctor.
