Description
Dietary supplement based on L-tryptophan, vegetable carbon, probiotics and inulin, B vitamins with mint, chamomile and lemon balm that contribute to regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas, and licorice which promotes the function of the digestive system.

Ingredients
Inulin, L-tryptophan; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable carbon; stabilising agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; licorice juice powder (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., radix), lactobacillus acidophilus LA14; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; maltodextrin, chamomile e.s. (Matricaria chamomilla L., flos), lemon balm e.s. (Melissa officinalis L., folium), vitamin B3 (niacin), bifidobacterium lactis BL04, vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita L., aerheroleum), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Directions for use
2 tablets (lunch and dinner) for the first 3-4 days.
Continue with one tablet a day. Swallow the tablets whole, without chewing, with a little water half an hour before meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Contains licorice, avoid excessive use in case of hypertension.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localized heat sources, sunlight, and avoid contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
