Sterile Class I Medical Device.
Eye drops with chamomile, linden, and 0.15% sodium hyaluronate.
It has soothing, moisturizing, and lubricating properties due to the components present in its formulation (chamomile, linden, and sodium hyaluronate). It provides relief in non-pathological conditions of dryness and/or ocular fatigue due to visual stress (prolonged use of video terminals and/or microscopes), mechanical factors (contact lenses, surgical interventions), environmental factors (air conditioning, dry or polluted air, prolonged exposure to sunlight, dust, cigarette smoke).
Videorelax ULTRA coats the surface of the eye and reduces friction caused by eyelid movements (blinking), ensuring lubrication and hydration of the ocular surface.
The slightly yellow color of the solution is due to its natural components (chamomile and linden).
Videorelax ULTRA does not contain phosphates or preservatives.
The product can therefore also be used by contact lens wearers.

Directions for use
Wash/sanitize hands before use.
Detach the single-dose container from the strip. Open by twisting the top part without pulling. Instill, avoiding contact of the container tip with the eye or any other surface.
Instill 1 drop of the solution into the conjunctival sac. Administration can be repeated several times a day, as needed.

Components
Chamomile dry extract, linden dry extract, sodium hyaluronate 0.15%, Tris-HCl buffer, polysorbate 80, sodium chloride, purified water.

Warnings
For exclusive topical ocular use.
Do not use if the container is open or damaged.
To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the open container and do not put it in direct contact with the eye.
Each single-dose container should be used only immediately after opening. Any remaining solution must not be reused, as the solution does not contain preservatives and the remaining product could become contaminated.
Administration to children or persons with limited abilities must be carried out by a responsible adult.
Keep out of reach of children.
No interactions of the product with the administration of ophthalmic drugs are known. However, it is advisable not to administer other drugs or medical devices for ophthalmic use within 10 minutes following the administration of Videorelax ULTRA.
It is not necessary to remove contact lenses before administering the product as it does not alter the physical characteristics, including transparency, of the most common soft and rigid contact lenses.
In case of hypersensitivity to the product components, discontinue use.

Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
Do not use the product after the expiration date.
Shelf life of unopened package: 48 months.
