Description
Cobaxil B12® cinquemila 5000 mcg is a high-dose vitamin B12 product, indicated for severe cobalamin deficiency states associated with reduced absorption, increased demand, and reduced dietary intake. The sublingual form, utilizing a different absorption pathway than the gastrointestinal one, ensures maximum vitamin B12 absorption even in gastrectomy patients and those with inflammatory gastrointestinal tract diseases. The use of Cobaxil B12® cinquemila helps to effectively and appropriately correct severe vitamin B12 deficiency, which can be responsible for anemia (feelings of fatigue and generalized tiredness), high homocysteine levels, neuropathy, and cognitive difficulties. Cobaxil B12® cinquemila is developed to restore severe vitamin B12 deficiency states (attack therapy).

Directions for use
Place 1 tablet of Cobaxil B12® cinquemila 5000 mcg under the tongue and wait until completely absorbed (approximately 30 seconds). Do not swallow. Take 1 sublingual tablet per week or as directed by your doctor.
