Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, vitamins C and E with Gymnema sylvestre, indicated for promoting carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, and folate (in its L-methylfolate form) which contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Ingredients
Myo-inositol; bulking agent: sorbitol; Gymnema [Gymnema sylvestre (Retz) R. Br., leaves], flavourings, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); acidity regulator: citric acid; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate).

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take one sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 150 ml), mix well and take the resulting suspension.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not take in case of known or suspected allergy to one or more of the ingredients.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity and direct heat sources.
