Description
A sterile, non-invasive surgical dressing with an absorbent pad in contact with damaged skin and an adhesive backing in contact with intact skin.
A sterile adhesive dressing consisting of a non-woven fabric backing coated with a hypoallergenic adhesive that is highly tolerable for the skin, and a central absorbent pad.
It has a completely silicone adhesive backing that ensures easy and painless removal.
The transversal extensibility of the non-woven fabric backing makes the dressing suitable for application even on joints and mobile body parts.
It has rounded corners to prevent accidental detachment.
Very gentle upon removal, it leaves no adhesive residue on the skin.
The central pad is highly absorbent to protect any type of wound and absorb various levels of exudate.
The part of the pad in contact with the wound consists of a non-adherent mesh that minimizes adhesion to the damaged area.
The pad and the adhesive edge are protected by siliconized paper that is easily removable before use.
It is radiolucent, meaning it is not visible by X-rays.
Available in a wide range of sizes, it is packaged in an individual sachet with easy opening (see assortment).
Sterilized with ethylene oxide.
Bacterial load before sterilization <100 cfu/g.
The product has passed biocompatibility tests required by ISO 10993: cytotoxicity, allergic sensitization, skin irritation.
Compatible with commonly used medications and disinfectants.

Instructions for use
Use with clean and dry hands.
Apply the adhesive edge to clean, intact, and dry skin, as the adhesiveness of the adhesive part could be altered otherwise.
