Description
Nasal strips are a practical solution for breathing difficulties related to nasal congestion and allergies. Designed to combat snoring, nasal strips promote and improve breathing by gently expanding the nostrils. In doing so, nasal breathing is encouraged and oral breathing is discouraged: by breathing air through the nose (and not the mouth), nasal strips reduce or eliminate snoring. Efas nasal strips act on the alar cartilages (wings of the nose), improving the patency of the nasal valve. They are not medicines because they do not contain any active ingredients (with the exception of those enriched with balsamic substances): the action of nasal strips is purely mechanical, as once they adhere to the sides of the nose, they dilate the nostrils, preventing them from narrowing.

Instructions for use
Using nasal strips is extremely simple. Before use, it is recommended to clean your face thoroughly to promote the adhesion of the strip's adhesive to the nose. So, let's see how to correctly use the nasal strip: Remove the oiled film protecting the adhesive. Firmly adhere the strip to the sides of the nose (at the root), applying slight pressure to the sides of the device with your fingers. For removal: moisten the strip with a little warm water and gently peel it off by lifting the adhesive from the tabs. If, after removing the strip, the skin of the nose appears slightly reddened, red, or dry, it is advisable to apply a specific cream to soothe, reduce redness, or nourish the skin.

Warnings
Adult nasal strips are contraindicated for children. It is also recommended to carefully read the leaflet inside the package before use. The product is not indicated for patients allergic to latex: most nasal strips contain natural rubber latex which could cause unpleasant allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
