Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for the body that supports its normal physiological functions and proactively and synergistically aids the immune system's defense functions.
Vitamin C has a recognized antioxidant activity that helps counteract and eliminate free radicals harmful to our body: smoking, smog, and an incorrect diet strongly reduce its absorption, making it useful to ensure adequate amounts of vitamin C in the diet.
During childbearing age and in all periods that may lead to iron deficiency (pregnancy, breastfeeding), vitamin C promotes greater absorption of this mineral, considered important in blood processes.
Vitamin C is an essential cofactor for the biosynthesis of collagen, an important protein for the natural formation of bones, connective tissue (cartilage), skin, blood vessels, and teeth.

Ingredients
L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sucrose; acidity regulators: sodium hydrogen carbonate, tartaric acid, sodium carbonate; acidifier: citric acid; natural orange flavor; sweetener: sodium cyclamate; coloring: sunset yellow E110 (may negatively affect activity and attention in children).

How to use
The recommended dose is one tablet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water.
