Description
Food supplement useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for acetyl-L-carnitine taurinate, creatine, carnosine, vitamin E and mineral salts.
The product contains:
- selenium, zinc and vitamin E which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
- magnesium which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and helps normal muscle function;
- creatine, an amino acid derivative naturally produced by the body and found in various foods. At a dosage of 3 g/day, it increases physical performance in repetitive, high-intensity and short-duration activities.

Ingredients
Acidifier: anhydrous citric acid; anhydrous creatine, sucrose; anti-caking agent: corn starch; acidity regulator: potassium carbonate; magnesium oxide, acetyl-L-carnitine taurinate hydrochloride; coloring: beet red; aroma: orange; L-carnosine, D,L-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) 50%; sweetener: aspartame; zinc lactate trihydrate; sweetener: acesulfame K; selenium-enriched yeast 0.2%; coloring: riboflavin-5'-monophosphate sodium salt.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water.

Warnings
Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy. Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
