Description
Melatonin food supplement with lavender essential oil and saffron oleoresin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 1 Calema night softgel) just before going to bed. Lavender is useful for achieving a state of relaxation.

Ingredients
Softgel contents: lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) essential oil titrated to 35-45% in linalyl acetate and 25-40% in linalool, sunflower oil, Saffron oleoresin (liposoluble extract of Crocus sativus L. stigmas in corn oil); emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; melatonin; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
Outer shell: vegetable gelatin (modified starch, glycerol, carrageenan); colorants: iron oxide, brilliant blue.

Directions for use
