Description
Food supplement of melatonin in drops. Melatonin with a purity of not less than 99% in liquid form, which promotes falling asleep by helping to reduce the time required to fall asleep. Melatonin naturally present in the body maintains the physiological rhythms of the sleep-wake cycle; its supplementation (1 mg) can be useful in promoting sleep. The drop formulation allows for flexible dosing.
Does not contain gluten.
Does not contain lactose.

Ingredients
Purified water; stabilizer: glycerol; melatonin; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid.

Per 4 drops (approximately 0.2 ml)	1 mg

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 drops (approximately 0.2 ml) daily, equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin, in the evening before going to bed, as is or diluted in a little water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
