GREEN BITE

A bite guard to prevent damage from bruxism, which is the involuntary act of clenching and grinding teeth.
Bruxism is a parafunction and is considered one of the main dental diseases; it is caused by stress, nervous tension, and hyperactivity.
Bruxism can cause serious damage to the dental system.
The most visible damage is the progressive wear of the teeth with possible fractures, even compromising the gum tissues, but above all, those who suffer from it can experience serious problems such as:
- dental hypersensitivity to cold and heat;
- dizziness and headaches;
- chronic pain in the jaw joint;
- cervical pain.

Instructions for use:
1. Hold the "VDC System" adaptation device with the incline facing downwards and insert it into the Bite Guard, starting from one of the two side holes. Once the first pin is inserted, forcefully widen the arch to allow the three pins to penetrate the three front housings. Finish by inserting the last side pin.
2. Before proceeding with personalization, try inserting the Bite Guard into your mouth to familiarize yourself with the subsequent maneuvers.
3. Holding the "VDC System" device, completely immerse the Bite Guard in boiling water for 6 seconds.
4. Once removed from the water, shake it vigorously to remove any residual water.
5. Insert the Bite Guard into your mouth, closing your teeth without clenching too tightly. With your lips tightly closed, suck all the air for a few seconds to facilitate the adhesion of the Bite Guard to the tooth surfaces.
6. After about one minute, remove the Bite Guard from your mouth and immerse it under a stream of cold water for at least 2 minutes. At this point, remove the personalization device, and your Bite Guard is ready for use.

Features:
The bite guard is a mouthguard, similar to what boxers wear, which is worn mainly at night, creating a protective barrier between the two arches of teeth.

Warnings:
In case of joint, dental, or gum dysfunctions, or in the presence of removable prosthetics or orthodontic appliances, it is advisable to have a specialist visit before using Dr. Brux®.
