Description
Bromelain is a plant enzyme found in the fruit and stem of pineapple, characterized by predominant proteolytic activity. The activity of bromelain is generally expressed in GDU (Gelatin Digesting Units).
Physiological effects of pineapple stem: drainage of body fluids (heavy legs); reduction of cellulite blemishes; digestive function.

Ingredients
Pineapple extract [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr] stem standardized in bromelain (2,500 GDU/g on corn maltodextrins), dicalcium phosphate; gelling agent: methylhydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).

Directions for use
1 tablet daily with water, preferably before meals.

Warnings
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Bromelain supplements should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Bromelain may increase the activity of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
