BLEFADINE

Description
Single-use natural cotton wipe soaked in a solution based on Hy-Ter (Hyaluronic acid plus Tea tree oil) and aloe, capable of performing a cleansing, emollient, soothing, and decongestant action. Blefadine is formulated with natural anti-inflammatories and antiseptics and provides rapid symptom relief. Proper ocular and periocular cleansing is important in all situations of active or potential inflammation and infection. Blefadine, thanks to the Hy-Ter system, is particularly suitable for cleansing eyelids and eyelashes and as an antiseptic adjuvant in pre- and post-surgical procedures and in the treatment of bacterial and allergic conjunctivitis and blepharoconjunctivitis.

Components
Water, PEG/PPG-20/15 dimethicone, aloe barbadensis extract, Hy-Ter (sodium hyaluronate, 4-terpineol), ammonium glycyrrhizate, caprylyl/capryl glucoside, sodium cocoyl wheat amino acids, ethylhexylglycerin, phenylethyl alcohol, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, disodium phosphate, PPG-26 buteth-26, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.

Instructions for use
1) With clean hands, open the sachet by tearing it near the dedicated opening notch.
2) Fully unfold the wipe and gently pass it over the eyelids and eyelashes, starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving towards the outer corner, slightly towards the eyelid margin, keeping the eye closed.
3) Repeat the operation for 1-2 minutes, always starting from the inner corner of the eye, until all ocular secretions and any other deposits (dust, powder, makeup, etc.) are completely removed. Some patients may experience a slight and temporary burning sensation during or immediately after the eye massage. Use one wipe for each eye. Wash hands after use. Do not rinse the eye after use.
Warm compress: To increase the effectiveness of mechanical removal of ocular secretions, immerse the intact sachet in warm water at a temperature not exceeding 45°C for 10 minutes. Once heated, the wipe should be used immediately for the compress.
Cold compress: To increase ocular relief, especially in cases of red and swollen eyes, refrigerate the sachet at a temperature not lower than 5°C for 10 minutes. The particular compatibility of the product with the ocular area and its optimal composition allow its use even by contact lens wearers.

Warnings
No side effects related to the use of the device are known. If side effects occur, contact your doctor. External use: only for cutaneous application to the periocular area, keeping the eye closed. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components; in case of persistent burning, discontinue treatment. Do not reuse partially used wipes, as this may lead to the risk of ineffectiveness and contamination of the product. Each sachet is single-use and must be opened only immediately before use. Do not use if the sachet is not intact or the packaging is damaged. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest the product.

Storage
Do not use Blefadine after the expiry date indicated on the package. Store at room temperature and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored.
